Louis Posner, MBA, JD, is President & CEO of Met Business Capital Corp — a New York City-based commercial finance and capital advisory firm specializing in transactions from $1 million to $500 million. Met Business Capital combines AI-enhanced lender search with access to a financing network of over 10,000 banks, direct lenders, SBA lenders, private credit funds, institutional investors, family offices, and specialty finance companies.
With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, law, and private equity, Louis brings rare cross-disciplinary depth to every engagement. His background in private equity and as a former law firm partner gives him a structural command of complex transactions that most capital advisors simply don't have — from initial deal structuring through closing.
Based in Midtown East, New York, Louis serves clients across all 50 states and internationally as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and Commercial Mortgage Broker.
