Biography
Louis Posner, MBA, JD, is President & CEO of Met Business Capital Corp — a New York City-based commercial finance and capital advisory firm specializing in transactions from $1 million to $500 million. Met Business Capital combines AI-enhanced lender search with access to a financing network of over 10,000 banks, direct lenders, SBA lenders, private credit funds, institutional investors, family offices, and specialty finance companies.
With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, law, and private equity, Louis brings rare cross-disciplinary depth to every engagement. His background in private equity and as a former law firm partner gives him a structural command of complex transactions that most capital advisors simply don't have — from initial deal structuring through closing.
Based in Midtown East, New York, Louis has been a New York State licensed real estate broker for 35 years and maintains an active commercial real estate practice. He brings substantial experience with building sales, office leases, and retail and restaurant leases, serving clients across all 50 states and internationally as a Commercial Mortgage Broker.
Beyond finance, Louis is an active voice in civic life. He is the founder of VoterMarch.com, a nonpartisan voter advocacy initiative, and remains committed to community engagement and democratic participation.
